INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

 Stulz S.p.A. (the “Company” or the “Owner”) informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”), about the ways in which it will process the personal data communicated by you sending your request through this contact form.

Data Controller

Type of data processed

All personal data communicated by you through the request sent to the Company are collected and processed, including name, surname, contact data such as telephone number and e-mail and any company you belong to. We remind you that the data marked with the symbol* (asterisk) must be provided in order to use the services you wish to request; if these data are not filled in it may not be possible to follow up your request. Filling in the other data on the form is optional and is free to communicate them or not.

Purpose, legal basis of processing and nature of provision of personal data

The personal data transmitted by you via the request sent will be used for the following purposes: a) to allow the management of requests submitted via this form; b) send you, subject to your express consent, newsletters and communications about our products. The legal basis for the purpose referred to in letter. a) is represented by the execution of a contract or other pre-contractual measures of which the interested party is a party (art. 6 letter b) GDPR) and for the purpose referred to in letter b) by the consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a) GDPR). If you do not provide consent to the sending of newsletters, we will not be able to update you on our products. We remind you that you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the emails. The provision of data is mandatory for the purposes referred to in the letter a), and in his absence, he will not be able to send the request and is optional for the purposes referred to in the letter b).

Data processing methods and categories of recipients

Personal data will be processed in a correct, lawful and transparent manner and in any case in compliance with the principles established by art. 5 GDPR, in paper, electronic and/or electronic form, by personnel authorized by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated in this statement.

The Data Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data processed.

They may become aware of the personal data transmitted by you in addition to the internal staff of the Data Controller involved in the performance of the services requested, as authorized to the processing, as well as any third parties involved in carrying out the same activities as Data Processors or as Data Controllers.

Duration of treatment

The data will be stored for as long as necessary to allow the execution of the purposes for which they were transmitted and, in any case until the request for cancellation of the data subject, subject to various contractual or regulatory obligations.

Transfer of data to third countries

The data will not be transferred to third countries and, where they are transferred, the conditions and guarantees provided for in articles 44 and following of the Regulation will be respected.

Rights of data subjects

We remind you the right to ask, at any time, the Data Controller for access to personal data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, or the limitation of the processing that concerns you and to oppose such processing, in addition to the right to data portability; you can exercise these rights by using the contact data above. The consent given may be revoked at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the e-mail address indicated if the processing is based only on the consent of the data subject.

Right to complain

If you believe that the processing of personal data referred to you is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation or to appeal to the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).
