The company specialises in the development and manufacture of integrated electronic devices and hardware/software systems for the automation and control of industrial equipment and processes. It is part of one of the world’s largest manufacturers of bottling plants and packaging machines.

Project Requirements

In some particular applications, such as this project, the electrical panels are developed horizontally, rather than vertically, and have small dimensions.

The customer’s request was for an air conditioner with a cooling capacity of around 900W and dimensions of 540×540 in width and height. The depth had to be as small as possible and the air conditioner had to be able to be installed on a large number of horizontal cabinets.

    • Control: The air conditioner is equipped with an electronic thermostat to activate cooling and to display the status of the air conditioner and any alarms. A general alarm contact is available.
    • Flexibility: the air conditioner has also been developed in the version with a AISI 304 stainless steel panel, in the case of applications intended for particularly aggressive environments
