WSW

Refrigeratore di liquido industriale condensato ad acqua

805 – 5.216 kBTU/hr

A Vite

Liquid chillers designed for process cooling applications operating 24/7, 365 days a year, water-cooled and equipped with one or two refrigeration circuits and screw compressors optimized for use with the environmentally friendly R513A refrigerant, featuring dry-expansion evaporators, shell-and-tube condensers, and cooling capacities ranging from 805 to 5.216 kBTU/hr.

Cosmotec’s experience in process cooling applications has led to the development of this range of industrial chillers, designed to meet the wide operating limits (both on the ambient side and the process side) required by modern energy-saving technologies. All chillers in the WSW range are characterized by high levels of energy efficiency (Class A or B) and comply with the requirements of the 2009/125/EC Ecodesign ErP 2021 Directive.

Low Noise Version

Even in the Low Noise version, which is ideal for installations near residential areas, our units maintain high performance and high energy savings, guaranteeing low noise levels. The compressor casing effectively reduces transmitted noise (-4dBA), thanks to a specific acoustic insulating composite lining.

HT version for applications with high-temperature water (e.g.: plastic)

The refrigeration circuit of the HT version is specifically designed (on request) to produce chilled water with evaporator outlet temperatures from 59°F to 77°F. The compressor has an oversized motor, which allows for wide operating limits and high suction temperatures.

Low GWP (Global Warming Potential) version

WSW units are available in an eco-friendly version that ensures a reduction in global warming potential with R513A refrigerant fluid (GWP = 572), classified as A1, non-toxic, non-flammable, and with zero impact on the ozone layer.
