PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679

Hereby, Stulz S.p.A. (hereinafter also the “Company” or the “Data Controller”) informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (the “GDPR”), about the methods by which it will process the personal data you provide by sending your request via this contact form.

Types of data processed

All personal data you have provided through the request sent to the Company, including your first name, surname, contact details such as telephone number and email, and your company if applicable, are collected and processed. We remind you that the data marked with an asterisk (*) must be provided in order to use the services you wish to request; if this data is not completed, it may not be possible to proceed with your request. The completion of the other data in the form is optional, and you are free to provide it or not.

Purpose, legal basis for processing, and nature of data provision

The personal data you provide via the submitted request will be used for the following purposes: a) to enable the management of requests submitted through this form; b) to send you, with your express consent, newsletters and communications about our products.

The legal basis for the purpose referred to in letter a) is the performance of a contract or other pre-contractual measures to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(b) GDPR) and for the purpose referred to in letter b), the consent of the data subject (Article 6(a) GDPR). If you do not give your consent to receive newsletters, we will not be able to update you on our products. We remind you that you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the email. Providing your data is mandatory for the purpose referred to in letter a), and in its absence, we will not be able to send your request; it is optional for the purpose referred to in letter b).

Data processing methods and categories of recipients

Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner and in any case in compliance with the principles established by Article 5 of the GDPR, through paper-based, IT and/or telematic methods, by personnel authorised by the Data Controller for the purposes indicated in this notice.

The Controller has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the personal data processed.

The personal data you submit may be accessed by internal staff of the Data Controller involved in the provision of the requested services, acting as authorised processors, as well as any third parties involved in carrying out the same activities acting as Data Processors or Data Controllers.

Treatment duration

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to enable the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was transmitted and, in any case, until the data subject requests deletion, subject to different contractual or regulatory obligations.

Transfer of data to third countries

The data will not be transferred to third countries and, where they are transferred, the conditions and guarantees provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the Regulation will be respected.

Data subject rights

We remind you of your right to request, at any time, access to your personal data from the Data Controller, their rectification or erasure, or the restriction of processing concerning you, and to object to such processing, as well as the right to data portability; you may exercise these rights using the contact details provided above. Consent given may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Data Controller at the email address indicated if the processing is based solely on your consent.

Right to complain

Should you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach of the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the Regulation).
